Refund Policy

Web version (purchased via Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders of the web version and handles refunds and order enquiries.

Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full price, no questions asked. Contact Paddle via the link in your order confirmation or at paddle.net, or write to info@ossai.de. The refund is paid to the payment method you used.

A refund removes the web version from your ZORALEN account; your progress and saves are kept.

Statutory rights, in particular any right of withdrawal under Paddle's buyer terms, remain unaffected. Details are in our Terms of use.

Steam version

Purchases on Steam are subject to Steam's refund rules. Request refunds directly from Steam.
